We serve not only the children from nearly slums but also their families and our support staff all come from the same area and most are mothers of our students.

As many women are still not allowed to work in India, they are not independent and self-reliant, therefore by being employed within our centres, which are for both children and women, their families are more receptive for them to come work with us. Besides their regular duties, they are also trained under our vocational courses as per their interests, which opens up more avenues for them apart from being able to contribute towards expenses for their families.
